Run fast! Carry heavy things! Jump over tall stuff!

Using a combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling,climbing and lifting (the stuff we all used to call ‘play,’) we get kids to LOVE exercise.

 In our REANIMATED KIDS program your child will learn to love fitness! While having FUN they will develop and define good motor patterns for functional movement that will benefit them through-out their life time.   Our Goal is to create a sound foundation to set them up for a healthy lifestyle whether it may be in a specific sport or just in life. Our focus will be on technique and safety as we introduce strength training, conditioning, gymnastics, mobility, accuracy, speed and agility.
