Meet Raquel!

She started Private Pilates training with us last year.  Just over a month ago she was ready to start working on her nutrition! 

During our 4 week Customized Nutrition Program Raquel's goal has been to start working towards a healthy lifestyle, healthy body fat and weight 

  • Started drinking water

  • Cut back on soda

  • Logging food

  • Bringing lunch to work several days a week

  • Eating a healthy breakfast

Her Results Speak for them self.

With a total of  4.25 inches and 2 pounds Lost
