A little bit about Kelly and why she got started!
I signed up for the nutrition program because what I've been doing wasn't working. I need to figure out where I was going wrong. Even seeing a nutritionist on a regular basis I still wasn't seeing results. I felt I needed something a little more structured than a monthly talk with someone. Something that was a little more accountable. I've gotten that. I've discover my issue was my portion control and at times not the best food choices.
Q: What have your results been?
So far my results have been great. I'm down about 20lbs in the first 2 months. My clothes are getting bigger. I'm noticing subtle changes in different parts if my body that don't seem as big as they once were. I feel better. I don't feel bloated after eating. I've cut out sweet tea completely.
What would you tell someone who was considering signing up with CrossFit Reanimated?
I would tell them to try it. What do they have to loose other than some of their time and some sweat. If everything else they've tried has failed try this it might work. It might be the one thing that does work.
