At Reanimated we understand that CrossFit is not the be all end all and that there is more to training. This program includes a variety of barbell movements from Oly lifting to power lifts. Dial in your lifting technique and numbers and/or build raw strength. Work with Coach Michelle on your engine. This program will use a combination of the "Erg" machines and your Body to help build your metabolic capacity. Long duration, short sprints or a combination of both will leave you feeling accomplished after your class!
