Private Sessions

A 1 hour  or 1/2 hour Pilates session dedicated to you!  Private Pilates sessions allow for personal attention and tailoring to your needs and fitness goals.  During these sessions you may use any of the apparatus including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower, or Mat. Every new client is required to complete at least one private with us before entering group classes.  

Semi Private Pilates

Duet Sessions

A 1 hour or 1/2 hour Pilates session with two people.  One instructor with two clients.  This is the best of both worlds. You get lots of attention from the instructor but get to share the hour and the cost with a friend. Most clients that choose this option have a friend in mind when scheduling but we are more than happy to match someone of equal skill.  


Group Equipment Classes

A combination of essential Pilates mat work with the benefits of the Pilates tower equipment, ideal for students of all levels. This class will combine the resistance of the springs of the tower with the precise movements of mat work to create a great workout.

CrossFit Reanimated has a maximum of 5 clients per class.

Mat Classes

Pilates Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance.

Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Classes offer modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs.

What is Pilates?

The Pilates Method encompasses more than 500 controlled, precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen muscles. Most people have a combination of tight shoulders, tight backs, tight hips and tight legs – all of which is connected to weak core muscles.  Pilates will focus on integrating core strength and stability.  

Pilates is designed to give you suppleness, natural grace, and skill that will be unmistakably reflected in the way you walk, in the way you play, and in the way you work.

  • Equipment Classes
  • Drop in Rate $25 per class
  • 5 class punch card $200
  • Packages have a 2 month experation
  • Classes are limited to 5 People. Classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy or you will be charged for the class
  • Mat Classes
  • 1/2 hour Mat classes $10 drop in rate
  • 55 min Mat Classes $20 drop in rate
  • 10 Pack 1/2 hour Mat Class punch Card $90
  • 5 Pack 55 min Mat Class punch Card $90
  • Pilates Membership
  • $150 per month
  • Attend up to 4 Pilates Classes per week
  • Reservations for classes are required due to limited space
  • Class reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance or you will be charged a no show fee

How CrossFit and Pilates Work Together

Both CrossFit and Pilates are based on functional movements and the ability to control your body under a large variety of demands leading to improved fitness and health. Both methods include many body weight movements such as squats, push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups, as well as more advanced gymnastic skills such as handstand pushups, ring dips, and back levers. The basic functional movements of pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and rotating all require our bodies to work at optimal function, with ideal joint mobility and stability, something many of us have unlearned from years of being trapped behind desks, in cars and on couches.
