What a simple and Yummy way to prepare your veggies! Try this Grilled or Roasted Broccoli.
Step 1: Cut up Broccoli and place in boil
Step 2: Season with desired seasoning. I like Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder. You can get creative here and use what you have in your cabinet. Anything goes!
Step 3: Mist with Olive oil or cooking spray....This limits the amount of added Fats
Step 4: Preheat Oven to 375, Spread Broccoli into baking pan. Bake for about 20-30 min until Edges are Crispy
Step 4: Place Broccoli in Vegetable Grill Pan and place on heated Grill. Cooking times will vary, but usually 15-20 min. I usually put the veggies on while the grill is heating up and mix them up about half way through cooking. In our house we like them the crispier the better!
