The Box Squat-Yes sit on the box!

One of the many Movements we teach at CrossFit Reanimated is the Box Squat.

We've noticed when practicing this technique at the gym many people find themselves not wanting to make full contact with the box almost like they think they are cheating if they sit all the way down.
