Renee started with us in the beginning of May and participated in the 28 day Nutrition Challenge as well as taking Crossfit classes. Not only is Renee extremely motivated in her nutrition journey, she is doing amazing with Crossfit! She lost 6 pounds, 1% body fat and 2 inches overall in just 4 weeks! She continuing with our accountability program and we can't wait to see her future progress! Way to go Renee!
Update Info!!! As of August 26th 2017...Renee has seen even more changes. She's lost almost 7lbs this past month by following our Nutrition Program!
