How long have you been CrossFitting? 5 months

What keeps you coming back? The People. They are welcoming and encouraging.

We all find CrossFit in a different way. Where did your story start? I just had my physical done for work and weighed 201 pounds. I decided I needed to change my lifestyle

Do you remember your First WOD? AMRAP 7: 7 Kettle Bell Swings and 7 Burpees

How did you end up at CrossFit Reanimated? I saw the sign driving to Lynnhaven Mall

What is your athletic background? I played football, baseball, and wrestled in high school. I also took Martial Arts.

How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle and level of fitness? I am healthier, more fit, and I can’t wait to workout!

What is the One Thing you have done here that you never thought you could do? Doing 3 Workouts in 1 day!

What motivates/inspires you? To see myself improve and get a technique down. At the end of a hard WOD, others saying “Good Work”

Name one goal/personal achievement that you would like to achieve through CrossFit? To be able to RX WODS. To help others achieve their goals and inspire them.

What goals have you achieved in CrossFit? I have lost 20lbs and have become stronger.

Hobbies/interests outside of CrossFit? Going to the movies and reading.

Tell me about your diet: I don’t really have a diet. The thing that has changed is I don’t drink sodas and I don’t eat food with lots of sugar.

Any advice for new members? Trust the coaches, they have your best interests at heart. Your only in competition against yourself. Don’t worry about what other people are lifting or movements they can do. You’ll get there eventually.   Don’t wait to START!
