New 1/2 hour Strength and Flexibility Class Saturdays at 8:45am

Join us Saturday mornings for a new 1/2 hour class. Yes, it's a Pilates Mat class. We'll work on your strength and flexibility all at the same time. 

Did you know Pilates was created by a man? Joseph Pilates was a cigar smoking, turn-of-the-century German boxer and gymnast – and he developed the technique from that background:  first and foremost for men. 

Classes will last 30 minutes and start at 8:45 am. $10 per class if you are not a current member.
