No pressure, no commitment. Come check our place out, meet the coaches, and get a feel whether this is for you or not.
We’re excited to meet you, hear about your goals, and what success will look like for you.
During this session we will get to know you, your background and your goals. You will also get a chance to learn more about our programs. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a group class or to start private training.
After our initial meeting, the next step is anywhere from 5 to 20 one-on-one coaching sessions. One-on-one sessions allow the opportunity to learn at your own pace with far more attention to detail and ease you into a new gym environment. We are able to discuss goals, assess movement and prepare you for your next step whether that is CrossFit classes, Pilates, Nutrition coaching or if you’re more comfortable in a one-on-one setting. Our aim is to give you the best opportunity for success.
During your INTRO, you and your trainer can choose the best program that suits your needs and goals.

Am I going to be locked into a contract?
Nope! We don’t really like contracts. We want you to come give us a try and contracts make that decision harder.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No, No, No!
This is a common misconception of starting a new fitness program. Yes, it has a reputation of being hard, but every single workout we do can be scaled or modified to any level of fitness. In fact, we do this for our members every day.
What if I'm already fit?
If you’re already really fit, and are looking to change things up or looking for the next challenge- it’s for you. If you’re bored with your current routine or not seeing any progress- it’s for you.
What if I've already been doing CrossFit?
That's great you're already familar with the program! We still need to do a "No Sweat Intro" We want to find out about your past experiances and what your current goals are before getting you into classes.
